FOREST & GRAVEL RALLY EVENTS

As seen on television, one of the ultimate forms of motor sport demanding everything from both driver and machine. Competing against the clock, forest special stage rallying can be undertaken at a number of levels, from the serious factory-backed 'works' teams to small-budget privateers chasing class honours across slippery and demanding forest tracks.

Granite City Rally 17 April, 2010

We were pleased to welcome back an old friend, Bob Shepherd, the owner of Station Garage Mitsubishi as our main sponsor for 2010. Bob has been an enthusiastic supporter of the event for many years and we were pleased and proud that he had decided to continue to be the name sponsor for 2010.

We also welcomed support once again from Aberdeen City and Shire, and Caledonian Logistics who sponsored several stages.

Rally HQ as usual was the Thistle Hotel, Altens, where special weekend rates were on offer for the rally, and we are grateful for their assistance and hospitality which always makes the Granite weekend one to remember.
