Download the forms, and email to "granite@admc.org.uk" and then send the completed hard copy form to the Entries Secretary with your cheque.

Please remember the Service Crew, and Media Forms

No Service Crew form will cause delays at Signing On. No Media Form will mean no publicity in your local Newspaper, and the Start Commentator will have no information, just your names.

All entries will be acknowledged, either by email or by "snail mail", upon receipt of the Completed Form(hard copy), and a cheque for the full Entry Fee, Insurance Fees, Service Packs, etc

Entries will NOT be confirmed unless the FULL payment accompanies the Entry Form
