On-Line Entry

Open entry form (link on left) and follow the instructions carefully

To Print and download the Regs & Forms- click on File, (on the left at top of this page), select Print or Save As, and save to your desktop download the Service Crew, Media, and Video Camera forms.

Send the completed hard copy forms,including the Confirmation printout for your Entry Form to the Entries Secretary with your cheque.

Please remember the Service Crew, and Media Forms, and Video Form if required.

Entries will no longer be confirmed until the Service Management form has been received. The Media, and Camera Forms, must be sent along with the Confirmation Slip to the Entries Secretary.

All entries will be acknowledged, either by email or by "snail mail", upon receipt of the Completed Forms(hard copy), and a cheque for the full Entry Fee, Insurance Fees, Service Packs, etc

Entries will NOT be confirmed unless the FULL payment accompanies the Entry Confirmation Slip, the Service Management, Media and Camera Form if required.
